by Cheryl Villareal on Sep 29th, 2013

New Balance Power Run–10k, 16k and 25k on November 10, 2013
by Cheryl Villareal on Sep 18th, 2013
I have always looked forward to the New Balance Power Run for several reasons, my top reason however being its 25k category! I’ve ran several 21km races, and the 25k run just makes me test my endurance a tiny bit. It pushes me to go a little further without going overboard. The same goes for the 16k. Before I moved up to 21km runs, I tried joining the 16km run first. Proper training is still very important, but the feeling of accomplishment for...Read More » Tags Share Comments (0 )

Whenever I’ve a run planned out, whether short or long, one thing I always remember to prepare is my phone. I need to make sure it’s fully charged with a heart pumping music playlist! by Cheryl Villareal on Jul 25th, 2013
Since the dawn of time, men and women have always loved competing to find out who’s better in doing a variety of tasks. by Cheryl Villareal on Feb 5th, 2013
Last Sunday, Feb 3, 2013, I ran my 2nd Condura Skyway Marathon, it was my first however to start from Alabang and run on the Skyway! Woot woot! What an experience!! I joined the Condura Skyway Marathon for the first time around 3 or 4 years ago. I wasn’t use to running yet and so I only registered for the 5k category.
