Run United 3 has become one of the most awaited running events of the year for most runners because of one main reason… to complete their 3-part medal! Then again, I personally believe all of Coach Rio’s runs – especially the Run United Series – are to be looked forwarded to!
What makes Run United 3 so unique, besides it having the final piece of the medal is its special 32k category or what most of us know as the Afroman Challenge! How I wish I were ready to take this challenge, but for those of you who are… GO FOR IT!! Remember though, to be qualified to join the Run United Awards Night, you must have completed 21k-21k and 32k in the Run United Series!
