A few weeks ago, I was given the chance to participate in Nickelodeon’s Summer Festival. Coming here really made me feel like a kid again! The colors, the fun, the festivities, everything was just right to bring out any adult’s inner child.
Welcome to the Nickelodeon Summer Festival!
The Nickelodeon Summer Festival was held at Fort Bonifacio Global City, and despite the extreme heat that day, families of all types and sizes still came and had fun. There were several booths lined up for everyone. Each booth presenting a different game wherein kids can have fun and win some awesome prizes.
Photo wall: I was soooo tempted to take a photo but was embarrassed ‘coz it was just the kids having their photos taken
Jelly Jump In: A fun party game we could use in birthday parties. Grab that jelly!
Pump as hard as you can to get that ball to the top.
And of course, what kids wouldn’t have fun with this humongous inflatable slide?! If only adults were allowed in, you would’ve caught me bouncing around.
Look at those kids go!
Another thing I really enjoyed seeing, but wouldn’t exactly go at it myself was this super cool slime machine! At first, I thought the kids didn’t want to get messy as there wasn’t exactly a line to get slimed. Later on however, more on more kids started getting curious and one by one stepped out slimier than ever.
Besides the cool booths, there was also a fun show and other party games happening on stage.
Rocking performance!
Games with the kids on stage. These are just 2 among the many games they played that day.
Squarepants overload on the left and Spongebob Jelly pants on the right!
And of course, one of the most awaited segments of the show was the appearance of the kids’ favorite cartoon characters like Dora, Diego, Spongebob, Patrick and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!
Looking forward to the next amazing Nickelodeon event!
