M&M Christmas Tree

Here’s another fun way to have the toddlers decorate their own Christmas tree. I’m sure they’d be begging you for more! I don’t think the challenge here will be to get them to finish it, but rather to get them to stop eating the chocolates!

This activity was shared by my co-teacher, Sandra Ong. She is a Chinese nursery teacher from a private school in the Philippines. Thank you Teacher Sandra.

What you will need:

  • Pre-printed Christmas card with Christmas tree cover
  • M&M’s (A LOT)
  • Glue

For older kids, it would always be much more fun if they could draw the tree themselves and even write their own Christmas greeting. But for younger kids (and lack of time), decorating the tree with M&M’s will already be a one of a kind experience for them.
