Cohen’s Lifestyle Center: Weight-Loss and Wellness Through Proper Nutrition

Whether we admit it or not, we all want to look our best all the time. Looking good does not exactly mean being skinny, but it DOES mean being healthy. In many people’s desperate quest to have a sexier body, they’ve resorted to pills and medications that don’t really work and are surely unhealthy. Others have deprived themselves from eating to get thinner, though it probably works, it doesn’t necessarily mean your body is healthy.

In the past year, I’ve heard of several diet programs. A bunch of them are really good and really work, one of these programs is the Cohen’s Lifestyle Program. Cohen’s Lifestyle Program is NOT about pills or food deprivation, instead, it’s about finding better and healthier alternatives for your meals. Moreover, it’s about finding the type of food that will work for you based on your blood chemistry – NOT your blood type as others assume.

Since it is tailor-fit for an individual based on his kidney and liver profile, it is not as simple as having Cohen food deliveries, copying other people’s programs or attending cooking classes. While there may be initial weight loss, it is not sustainable and could even do more harm than good to the individual’s health.

For her part, businesswoman and socialite Digzy Umali gives praise to Cohen’s sustainability, after losing 65 lbs in 2010 and has kept it off until now: “The Cohen program made sure I had enough energy to function throughout the day without feeling weak or tired.”

In 1997, Roger Rosales was diagnosed with brain cancer and had to undergo cranial surgery and radiation therapy. “I was given steroids after the surgery to help with the swelling and I gained 30 lbs in two weeks and the weight has been adding on since.” Now he feels healthier than ever after losing 89 lbs from 246 lbs last year. He reveals learning how to look at food in a different way and eat more sensibly, because of the Cohen program.
