The Century Tuna Superbods is back, but as mentioned in my previous post, this year isn’t just about the models, ‘coz this year it’s all about you! The people over at century tuna felt that it was time the viewers and followers got a little bit on in the action through the Century Tuna Superbods Suoer Challenge. More on that later.

In the past years, the faces of the Century Tuna Superbods have always been gorgeous hunky and muscular guys, this year, the event takes an intriguing twist as John Lloyd is tapped to inspire loyal customers of Century Tuna to join the Superbods Super Challenge. I love John Lloyd to bits but I never pictured him to be the macho type, he’s always been so cute with his round belly! (heehee) Well, for six week, John Lloyd will undergo the Superbods Diet and Workout Plan designed by top nutritionalist Nadine Tengo and fitness trainer Coach Jim Saret.

Century Tuna Superbods Super Challenge: Can’t wait to see the transformation!

“I’m very thankful that Century Tuna chose me for this challenge. It’s inspiring because when I turned 30, my wish for myself is to be healthy. With this challenge, I am really trying to achieve a 360-degree turn in my lifestyle,” says John Lloyd. The transformation, he explains, will provide him greater room for experimentation when accepting roles: “My body is my tool as an actor, and the roles I take are affected by how I look, including my physique. When I become a Superbod, it’s exciting to think of the roles and scenes that I can do.”

 

 

 

Aside from John Lloyd, the guys from Boys Night Out also got in on the challenge. Strictly following Chef Nadine’s diet plan and Coach Jim Saret’s workout routine, a visible change of at least 4 inches off their waist was visible during last week’s presscon.

After the challenge, the BNO DJs, together with John Lloyd and Anne, will head off to Boracay for all the fun activities leading to the finals of the Century Tuna Superbods SuperChallenge 2014, a competition for males and females between 18 to 35 years old with a healthy body and passion for an active lifestyle.

When I first heard of the Century Tuna Superbods Super Challenge, I felt giddy and excited to do it myself! I always thought going on a diet meant depriving myself of good food, but technically, dieting simply means picking the healthier food. So far I’ve been doing the Century Tuna Superbods Super Challenge for a week and I have to say I’m really loving it! Not only are the suggested dishes extremely good and tasty, but I also discovered I can cook! (Yey!)

Ever since I learned about this, I’ve been talking about it non-stop and recommending it to all my friends! So in a nutshell, let me tell you why you should do it too!

  1. There are 4 main ingredients needed to fight fat fast, these are Omega 3, Vitamin D, Calcium and Fiber. In the Century Tuna Superbods Super Challenge website, Sexy Chef Nadine Tengco ensures that her recipes are rich in these 4 ingredients to make sure losing fat is fast and sustainable
  2. Recipes for the meals can be viewed on a weekly/daily basis.
  3. The recipe was locally made so everything is available in our local groceries
  4. Besides the diet plans, there are also workout videos by Jim Saret uploaded weekly/daily.
  5.  The workout videos have advance and modified version. So whether you’re a long time athlete or just beginning, you can easily follow the workouts.
  6.  You can do the workouts in the comfort of your own home.
  7. 80% of weight loss and abs is based on diet. However, to prevent any lose skin, make sure you also workout
