End Hunger: Walk the World (My Barefoot Experience!)

Around June last year, the first ever Walk the World Philippines was held at MOA. I enjoyed the event because it was clear with its goal to just walk 1 km or run a short distance and be part in helping to put an end to world hunger. "End Hunger: Walk the World" is an annual event to raise money and awareness for the United Nations World Food Programme’s (WFP) efforts to fight child hunger and malnutrition. The Xavier Community Presents: Stallion Run

Lately, I've seen several private schools organizing their own fun runs. Get Ready for The Greentennial Half Marathon

Last January, I joined the 1st Greentennial Run with a friend. For a new name in the running world, Greentennial sure did not disappoint me. Greentennial Run for Japan – because we care!

Just a month ago, Japan was hit with 3 calamities all in a few days time. First it was an 8.9 magnitude quake that rocked the country, and then it was followed by a massive tsunami that washed away hundreds and thousands of homes and buildings leaving several homeless, and if that wasn't enough, the nuclear reactors put each of their healths at stake as one after the other started to melt down. Results and Aftermath of the All Women’s Run

I don't usually join Saturday runs because I still feel tired from work the day before. I usually spend my Saturdays bumming around the house, but this Saturday, I was given the great opportunity to join the All Women's Run!
