by Cheryl Villareal on Jul 12th, 2013
When I hear the number 300, only one thing comes to mind…Gerard Butler and his sexy abs! Woot Woot! Okay, let me rephrase that, 300 reminds me of brave warriors and soldiers. It reminds me of men who may be outnumbered but definitely not outsmarted. 300 Mandirigma is inspired by this same thought, it is inspired by the unique number of warriors/soldiers in the Bible and even by the movie 300. Winning the battle is not all about numbers, it’...Read More » Tags Share Comments (20 )

Robinson’s Fit and Fun Buddy Run 2013
by Cheryl Villareal on May 3rd, 2013
There are two reasons I always join the Robinson's Fit and Fun Buddy Run.... ONE is the opportunity to run with a partner! In my case, it's with my fiance Philippe. He doesn't exactly enjoy running, he's much more into boxing but he always agrees to join this run with me. Personally, I feel that the Fit and Fun Buddy Run doesn't feel competitive, it emphasizes more on the importance of camaraderie. My 2nd reason for never missing this run, is t...Read More » Tags Share Comments (1 )
